Positive Futures is seeking a highly experienced Health and Social Care Director to lead our management team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that drive excellence and results in our services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care related qualification and 5 years of experience in a Health and Social Care setting, or 10 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

As a Health and Social Care Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing service plans that align with our mission and values
  • Leading teams of staff to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify gaps in service provision and develop solutions to address them

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a health cash plan, 24/7 telephone access to a UK GP, and a full paid induction.
