Job Description:

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Supervising the dispensing of prescriptions, delivering a range of NHS and private services, and providing expert healthcare advice to customers.
  2. Leading our charity support program, offering guidance to individuals in the community affected by cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  3. Collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager to develop and train colleagues, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  4. Building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to enhance our services and improve patient care.
  5. Maintaining accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items, ensuring seamless financial operations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. A degree in pharmacy.
  2. Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  3. A DBS check before employment.
