Residential Elderly Care Unit Lead

We are recruiting for a Residential Elderly Care Unit Lead to join our prestigious provider in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the residential unit, ensuring all residents receive high-quality care and support.
The successful candidate will have extensive senior experience within an elderly/dementia care home, a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, and a proven track record of leadership and team management. We require someone who is flexible, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure.
