Entry-Level Sales Executive

As an Entry-Level Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
This position offers a competitive base salary of £25,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £40,000 within your first year. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive training program, IMPACT, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this field.
About the Role:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive results.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
