Insurance Claims Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Coordinator to join our Protection team in Leicester. As an Insurance Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently processing tasks and documents to support the managerial team and other colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chasing insurance providers and solicitors to obtain updates for clients
* Emailing and calling clients to update them on the status of their application
* Using an online system to log all notes and complete tasks on cases
* General office administration, post, and answering phones
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail

* Good at juggling tasks and prioritising

* A desire to show initiative
* Good time management
* Knowledge of Word and Excel
* Excellent computer skills
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. Once probation has been passed, there is an option to work alternative weeks 08:00-16:30 and 09:00-17:30, and potentially up to 2 days per week from home.
Salary and Benefits:
An attractive basic salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience, plus bonus with OTE £26,000. Additional benefits include 20 days holiday + bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, death in service, progression option/further qualifications, discount to private medical cover, and sick pay.
