Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Advisor
About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Customer Service Advisor.
This is a full-time, long-term temporary position that requires working Monday to Friday from 0800-1700.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of the logistics industry
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.02 and a full-time, long-term temporary contract.
