Sales Director Opportunity

Cherry Pick People is seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Director to lead our residential sales department in Prime Central London. This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to build something from scratch, taking ownership of the sales process and driving business growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning valuations and driving new business, with significant experience in property sales & valuing. They will be motivated by results, capable of delivering in a fast-paced, independent environment, and demonstrateable ability to implement effective strategies for growing revenue and market presence.
We are offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance + comms package, making this an attractive proposition for experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities: Generate and win new instructions, build relationships with relocation agents, landlords, and local property owners, develop innovative strategies for lead generation, conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiate offers, manage the sales process end-to-end, and deliver exceptional client service.
- Requirements: Proven track record in winning valuations and driving new business, significant experience in property sales & valuing, entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach to new business development, motivated by results, capable of delivering in a fast-paced, independent environment, and demonstrable ability to implement effective strategies for growing revenue and market presence.
