Job Description:
We are seeking a 3rd Line Technical Support Professional to join our team at JCDecaux. As a 3rd Line Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our internal teams and customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for our systems and infrastructure, including hypervisors, operating systems, networks, storage services, and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize system performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- CCNA or equivalent certification, with MCSA/MCSE or MHCA/MHCSA/MHCE certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
