Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Residential Childcare professional to join our team as a Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, at Level 4 or Level 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality assessments and support to learners.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare, at Level 4 or Level 5.
  • Strong competency at Deputy Manager level or above, within a Residential Childcare setting.
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
