About the Role

We are seeking a Crisis Response Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to young people who have been exposed to or are at risk of exploitation or violence.

You will be responsible for providing robust risk and needs assessments that reflect the contexts within which harm has occurred, and working collaboratively with partnership agencies to reduce risk and secure services and support.

The successful candidate will have expertise in crisis response and management, as well as experience working with vulnerable populations. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent position, subject to funding. The salary is approximately £27,445 per annum, based on a 32-hour work week.
