Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Telford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote the individual's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare providers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car (or ability to get help getting to and from the service).
