Job Title: Regional Sales Director Europe

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Commercial Aviation Sales team in the EUR region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering sales targets within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-15 years of sales experience in the commercial aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Advanced Excel and CRM system skills.
  • Experience with commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products and aftermarket services.
