About the Position:

LTF Recruitment is seeking a skilled and empathetic Inclusive Classroom Assistant to join our team. As an Inclusive Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting two pupils in a Year 5 classroom who require additional emotional guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted support to Year 5 pupils, focusing on emotional regulation and academic achievement.">
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement individualized plans to meet the students' needs.">
  • Employ a calm and confident approach to promote positive behaviours and reinforce emotional regulation techniques.">
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure students stay engaged and focused.">
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.">

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who can provide a stable and supportive environment for the students. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.">
  • A calm and composed demeanour, with the ability to establish clear boundaries.">
  • Strong academic skills, particularly in core subjects.">
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.">

The estimated salary for this position is around £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
