Addiction Treatment Coordinator

We are a leading provider of substance misuse services, committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.
Job Description:This role is focused on supporting service users from point of entry into our service through their treatment/recovery journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning
- Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community
- Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement
- DBS within the last 12 months (original copy required)
- Experience supporting individuals with Substance Misuse issues
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, every other Tuesday 11am-7pm. Estimated annual salary: £13,200, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting individuals affected by addiction.
