About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to join our team at Heartwood Inns. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site during non-trading hours, maintaining high standards of safety, security, and guest care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audits, including fire, health, and safety checks, and report any issues to the Duty Manager.
- Ensure the breakfast service is prepared and delivered to a high standard.
- Manage the cleanliness and standards of the property, including cleaning duties and rotas.
- Evacuate the property in the event of a fire alarm activation and follow company procedure.
- Work with the Management Team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment laws.
