Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow their business and identify new opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals to customers, both in writing and face-to-face.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
- Minimum of three years' successful sales experience within the consumer electronics market.
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts and opening new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business plans.
- High degree of numeracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Graduate or similar level of intellectual ability.
- Good standard of PC literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
