Commercial Loss Adjuster Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our East Anglia team. As a Commercial Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling commercial property claims up to £100k from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to achieve the best possible outcome for both the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Visit premises and sites to assess damage, write reports, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in loss adjusting, preferably in commercial property
  • CILA qualification or evidence of progression towards it
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused and professional attitude
