About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bureau Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating administrative duties, ensuring seamless communication with clients and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist in the coordination of travel itineraries, including flight bookings and reservations.
- Manage and update information on our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to resolve queries and issues.
- Assist in the production of information documents and ensure timely distribution to clients.
- Work across various regions, including Africa, Canada, USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within travel bookings and flight systems.
- Experience within the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in liaising with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the sales team.
- Eager and willingness to learn.
- Passion for travel would be beneficial.
