Financial Controller Opportunity at Numatic International

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to assume a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly financial statements, including the consolidation of results from our overseas subsidiaries.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Create detailed reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts, and deliver executive presentations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in accounting or equivalent experience, with a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • A solid background in finance management, with experience in managing accounting operations, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to drive improvements and measure impact.
  • Experience in managing projects across various business areas, particularly in creating Senior Accounting Officer procedures.
  • A thorough understanding of current accounting standards and legislation, with a proactive approach to maintaining compliance.
