You're looking for a challenging role in Credit Control where you can utilise your skills and experience to drive results. As a Financial Relationship Specialist at our client, you will be working with a reputable business based in Manchester City Centre, providing customer contact services and building relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have some prior experience in Credit Control, preferably in a customer-facing role, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Your duties will include proactive debt chasing via telephone and email, maintaining regular contact with internal stakeholders, and conducting debt meetings as necessary.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll enjoy a highly competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, a hybrid working scheme allowing one day per week from home, study support schemes, travel work loan, free breakfast, buy & sell holidays, long service rewards, life assurance, and more.
