About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead integration efforts, launch new products, and manage key accounts while navigating complex stakeholder relationships. As a Financial Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders of our deposit-taking partner banks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing a solid understanding of our banks' requirements and helping our partner banks succeed on the Raisin platform
- Reporting on the progress of relationships and projects to internal stakeholders using respective tools
- Supporting the wider RM team with special projects and new product launches as required
- Working closely with marketing and distribution teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least an undergraduate degree in finance or a related field. A proven track record of managing relationships in financial services, banking, or high-growth start-up environments is essential.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
Benefits:
- Annual personal training budget of £1,700 and 4 full training days per year
- Access to Babbel for continuous learning
- Hybrid working arrangement with two core days in the office per week
- 28 days + Bank Holidays of holiday a year
- One day birthday leave and gift voucher
- Company stakeholder pension with a minimum employer contribution of 5%
