Fintech Sales Specialist

Ryft is a pioneering Fintech company that provides payment solutions for businesses across the UK and EU. We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Business Development team and drive sales growth.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, pitching the benefits of Ryft, and negotiating contracts. You'll also find and approach suitable new clients for Ryft and manage those clients through the sales cycle all the way to closed deals.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have:
- 12 months' minimum experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales roles selling complex products with longer sales cycles (3 months+).
- Pipeline generation experience, with a proven track record of identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Ability to prospect, develop relationships, and negotiate deals through to close.
- Experience using CRM systems to track progress and create sales growth plans.
Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. Uncapped and recurring commission on all closed deals. Flexible working arrangements and regular social events. We're looking for a motivated individual who can contribute to our success and help us grow.
