Job Title: Care Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Purosearch. As a leading provider of elderly care services, our clients are committed to delivering exceptional care to their residents and maintaining high standards in their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and management of the care team.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Maintain a strong focus on person-centred care, promoting dignity and respect for all residents.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the care team.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN.
  • Proven experience in a nursing/care home setting for older people.
  • Extensive clinical knowledge and ability to apply it effectively in a care management role.
  • Sound understanding of CQC Regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Previous experience as a clinical lead or clinical deputy manager is preferable.
