Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our forward-thinking pharmacy team in the Clapham area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the pharmacy's operations, providing support to the team, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and patient care
  • Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality pharmacy services, including Pharmacy First, Covid and Flu jabs, Travel Clinics, Blood tests, Micro suction, and Weight management
  • Manage the pharmacy's finances, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
