Casual Waiting/Hospitality Staff

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team at Bath Racecourse as a Casual Waiting/Hospitality Staff member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the venue, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of stock levels, ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to licensing policies and procedures, handling cash and stock securely.
  • Act as an information point for customers, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Record and report any incidents or issues, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
