Casual Waiting/Hospitality Staff

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team at Bath Racecourse as a Casual Waiting/Hospitality Staff member.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Be knowledgeable about all products available within the venue and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and stock securely.
  • Act as an information point for customers, providing assistance and answering queries.
  • Record wastage and dispose of rubbish in line with venue procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating a passion for quality service and standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer care skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a smile.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and work with honesty and integrity.
  • Experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
