Job Title: Sales Team Lead - Kiosk Environment

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to drive sales growth in our dynamic retail environment. The successful candidate will lead a team and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Team Motivation: Motivate and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kiosks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Cost Control: Manage budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £23,000 rising to £25,000 after a successful 3-month probation period. You will also receive a performance bonus scheme (2-5% of kiosk revenue) and up to 10% personal bonus.

In addition, we offer flexible working hours, including rotating weekend shifts, and the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
