**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Regional Business Development Lead to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share objectives for our Chromatography Consumables product line.

**Responsibilities include:

  • Leading channel relationships with specific OEM and distribution channel accounts in the DACH and North regions
  • Developing a growth roadmap to drive business growth
  • Leading annual pricing strategy discussions with channel partners and internal collaborators to drive YoY growth

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Bachelor's Degree in a business or scientific field

5 years of relationship or account management experience, preferably with channels and/or distributors

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and possess a strong work ethic

Excellent and professional communication and presentation skills with customers and colleagues

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience

This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires a self-motivated individual who is able to respond positively to feedback while actively sharing experiences and knowledge in a professional/collaborative manner.
