We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Divisional Director of Operations for the Division of Surgery at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. As a key member of the Hospital Management Board, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare and employment opportunities for the people of Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operational team delivering services across 3 Care Groups, employing 1,500 staff.
- Divisionally lead the delivery of the Trust Improvement Plan and oversee the operational delivery of safe and efficient services.
- Work alongside the divisional triumvirate team to develop and implement long-term strategic objectives.
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in a senior management role within an acute NHS hospital, with a proven track record in supporting healthcare teams to deliver high-quality services. You will have a thorough understanding of operational services, key performance indicators, and compliance. Excellent leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence, prioritize, and work independently.
