We are seeking a highly skilled PM Shift Manager to join our team at our National Returns Centre. As a PM Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our peak period, working closely with our Operations Manager to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Supervisors, including performance reviews and team meetings.
- Oversee daily planning and management of the operation, including parcel presentation, productivity levels, and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
- Be accountable for all shift operational costs and performance reports.
- Responsible for all H&S, hygiene, and quality audits, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Requirements:
- PC literate, with experience of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience of logistics or distribution, with a proven track record of managing a team of operatives.
- Ability to work at pace to challenging targets within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
