We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Statista GmbH. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies: Design, develop, and implement sales enablement strategies to optimize the sales process, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with our global sales enablement strategy.
  • Conduct Onboarding and Training Sessions: Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, including training on sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Implement Sales Enablement Tools and Technologies: Identify and implement sales enablement tools and technologies that improve sales productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with sales staff and leadership.
