Care Home Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our Brook House Residential Care Home in Cambridge. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Care Home Manager to take on a new challenge and join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the care home
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Working closely with our Regional Operations Director and Regional Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a nursing or care home setting for older people
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Level 5 management in Health and Social Care, working towards or planning to study
- Sound knowledge and working practice of CQC Regulations and legislation
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
