About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at our gastro pub in Cheshire. You will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations, managing stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets, and ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
- Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets effectively
- Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems and procedures
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance
