Key Responsibilities- Undertake statutory health assessments for children in care, with a focus on those with additional mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with carers, multi-agency partners, and other healthcare professionals to progress health assessments, healthcare plans, and ensure a good understanding of the mental health needs of children in care.
- Provide specialist advice and consultation on the care and treatment of care leavers, ensuring a seamless transition into adult mental health services where necessary.
