Senior Care Services Manager Position

A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum is available for a Senior Care Services Manager to join our client's nursing home in the Northeast. This role offers a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and opportunities for career progression within a supportive team.

In this Senior Care Services Manager position, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to deliver high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
• Managing staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained
• Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual needs

We offer a comprehensive package that includes an annual salary of £60,000 DOE, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, opportunities to progress and develop, and an annual performance bonus.
