Senior Residential Care Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our staff, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care and experience working within the healthcare sector. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that our home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the home's staff team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Manage and mitigate risks effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
- Experience of working within the healthcare sector
- Strong leadership skills
