We are seeking a talented and dedicated Deputy Director of Nursing to join our team at Akari Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to lead our nursing team and drive excellence in care delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong nursing background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. As Deputy Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • To provide leadership and guidance to our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
