Care Manager Lead Job Description

As a Care Manager Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care at our client's nursing home in the Northeast. In this Care Manager Lead position, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the management of staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
• Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual needs

We offer a comprehensive package that includes an annual salary of £60,000 DOE, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, opportunities to progress and develop, and an annual performance bonus.
