Job Opportunity:

We are partnering with a global manufacturing company to fill a Human Resources Business Partner role at their Hereford site.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £50k, supporting a team of 450 staff in a unionized environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing employee relations support, including disciplinaries, investigations, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management
  • Supporting sickness and occupational health, including return to work interviews
  • Collaborating with Trade Unions as necessary
  • Coaching and supporting managers in best people practice
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives to develop business needs
  • Maintaining the HRIS, preparing reports as required
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes
  • Guiding and mentoring a HR Advisor

Requirements:

  • Experience in employee relations, employee engagement, stakeholder management, coaching, and influence

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8.30am – 4.30pm
  • 5 days on site
