Property Asset Coordinator

**Estates Management Role**
We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Coordinator to join our team at Achievement Through Collaboration Trust (AtC). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the trust's estates, ensuring they are optimized to support the achievement of our goals.
**Key Aspects of the Role**
- Managing all aspects of the trust estate including upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety, and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to and leading the implementation of an Estates Strategy for AtC Multi Academy Trust.
**Compensation Package**
- A competitive salary of £43,693 - £47,754 per annum.
- 26 days holiday (rising to 31 after 5 years), plus Bank holidays, plus Concession days as appropriate.
