We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at Places for People.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within the CAFM system (MRI), assist with annual budgets and documentation, and manage and maintain the property liabilities register. They will ensure alignment with the budget and flag any concerns, approve rent and service charges payments, contribute to monthly billing, communicate with stakeholders on asset management activities, conduct site visits, and assist with landlord and tenant matters, including lease interpretation and assist the Asset Manager with options appraisals for disposing of and acquiring new sites.

About You:

You should have at least three years of experience in commercial asset management, financial analysis, or a related field, with proven expertise in using a CAFM system, producing data reports using MS Office, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment and a background in working with facilities and project management teams is essential.
