About the Role
PDA Search and Selection Ltd seeks an experienced Property and Maintenance Manager to join their team. This critical role involves overseeing the upkeep of numerous properties across the country, ensuring they remain safe, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align maintenance activities with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is £52,000 - £65,000, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a company car, pension scheme, employee discounts, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of Health & Safety protocols, risk assessments, and method statements.
