Job Title: Area Sales Manager

At Schneider Electric Norge AS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our contractor customers in the Southeast Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Area Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share in the Southeast Region.
  • Financial Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on orders, sales, margin, and new customer acquisition.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, leveraging these relationships to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • CRM Excellence: Ensure effective use of CRM tools to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline management.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline management process to ensure a short-, medium-, and long-term view of projects.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Electrical Distribution: Strong knowledge of electrical distribution products and services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
