About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at School Home Support. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our People Operations & Systems Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR, Payroll, and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a customer-focused and effective administration HR service, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
- Support the development and delivery of a high-quality and proactive HR, Payroll, and recruitment administration service.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating logistics for new hires and implementing and tracking data on Bright HR.
- Prepare all documents for payroll and provide HR administrative support to all departments across the organisation.
- Familiarise yourself with applicant tracking systems and have some knowledge of human resources and employment law.
