Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one, two-to-one, or three-to-one support to customers, enabling them to participate in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This may include engaging in sports, leisure activities, or creative pursuits.

You will also be responsible for assisting customers with daily tasks, such as personal care, eating, drinking, and postural care. A full shadowing induction program will be provided, ensuring that you feel confident and prepared for this role.

We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
