Care Worker Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Housing 21. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Support with household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Encourage and enable residents to follow their care plans
- Develop strong relationships with residents and colleagues
At Housing 21, we offer a competitive salary of £12.58 per hour (equivalent to £22,959 per annum), paid by the hour, not by the job. Additionally, we provide benefits such as:
