Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scripts and tools to automate the release cycle of Avaloq updates, patches, and enhancements across different environments.
  • Create robust automation pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure all releases adhere to the established schedule and compliance requirements, while automating manual processes to reduce errors and improve consistency.
Requirements:
  • ~5+ years of experience in Avaloq development, with a strong focus on automation.
  • ~ Proven track record in automating software release cycles, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • ~ Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • ~ Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Avaloq scripting, parameterization, and development.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and experience in managing code repositories for automated releases.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/Oracle) and data migration techniques within Avaloq environments.
