Role Summary

We are seeking a Trauma Response Coordinator to join our team in North Wales, working 30 hours per week. As a Victim Help Officer, you will be based in St Asaph and work in liaison with North Wales Police and other relevant agencies.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively with victims, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to navigate the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality support to all victims and witnesses of crime
  • Complete initial impact and risk assessments
  • Support victims in understanding their rights and entitlements
  • Facilitate access to additional services
  • Establish healthy coping mechanisms for victims

What We Offer

This role comes with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
