**JOB TITLE: Contracts Coordinator**

**LOCATION: Abergele**

**HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm**

**TERM: Temporary with possibility of permanent currently on a two year basis**

**SALARY: £25,000**

**Overall Aims of the post**:
Provide support to the contracts team. Responsible for the processes involved in running small works projects from start to finish.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the process involved in running small works projects from start to finish.
- Prepare estimates.
- Good relationships with clients.
- Liaise with suppliers to order materials required for projects.
- Log incoming enquiries.
- Use of diary entry software system to schedule engineers works.
- General filing duties.
- Log incoming enquiries.
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports and manuals.
- Analyse data by using existing spreadsheets.
- Responsibility for creating and updating contract files.

Ultimately the role requires a flexible approach to additional duties that may be required by the company.

**IT experience**
- Word processing, spreadsheets and database experience - Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to demonstrate this.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills including clear, confident telephone manner.
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise work programme.
- High degree of diplomacy and confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
