Seasonal Buyer

UKME Mission Enterprise Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Buyer to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our concierge service, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods to meet the needs of our exclusive clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage our office purchasing system to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices and services.
- Source items directly from shops to speed up the process of getting orders to clients.
- Manage stock control and ensure cost-effectiveness in bulk purchases.
- Liaise with the Office Manager to resolve any issues with orders or suppliers.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike.
- Previous office administration experience, preferably in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the internet.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability, with a strong attention to detail.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14, plus overtime at time and a half.
